Resource Scheduling for people, equipment, rooms and services

Skylight gives you a basic set of tools to manage, organise and maintain dates and times of resource bookings.
Resources in Skylight can be Companies, Persons, Contacts or any tangible piece of equipment or room which can also be a building, meeting room or service your company provides.

From your dashboard PROJECT widget:
Find the project your would like to schedule a contact/resource in. Hover over the record to reveal drop down arrow. Select this arrow and then select add a Booking.

From your dashboard CONTACT/RESOURCE widget:
Find a resource or contact that you would like to schedule in to a project hover over the record to reveal drop down arrow. Select this arrow and then select add a Booking.

You can view your Bookings and see the schedule for any Project when you click on that Project either from the Dashboard or using the Project tab.

Click on STAGES & BOOKINGS - then click on Timeline - at a glance you can tell who is working on what part of your Project and when.

If you are on list views then simpley select the Timeline Icon
to switch to the time line view.

You can easily change the start and end date by selecting either edge of the timeline and dragging it left or right to increase or decrease the start and end date.
