What type of Projects can be managed?

Projects in Skylight can be managed by; Tasks, Commenting and Files, Scheduling of resources such as: People, Equipment, Rooms, Services, Budgeting and more.

Skylight projects have the following sections:

COMMENTS: Use this to leave notes, call notes about the project. comment on stages, tasks, and files. With image files having extra functionality of image annotations.

APPROVALS: On all sections described above, give your approval on any section.

STAGES: Each project can be split into different stages, each one of them can contain: tasks, files and scheduling of resources. Simply select Add stage to create a new stage in Time or Fixed Item tab. Select stage to see all the related tasks appear in the side bar, or use hover-on goto arrow to browse to the stage to manage your project at stage level.

TASKS: All assigned tasks for the project list here, tasks can be assigned to projects, stages & milestones. To view tasks for a stage simple go to the stage and select tasks tab.

FILES: Keep all the project related files organized by simply uploading them in to the project. Goto project you wish to add the file to and select Files tab and add. Browse through to the file and click save.
