Project overview

Here you see any project activity, calendar(2week, week, day month), right underneath the calendar are some basic project stats which show a summary of tasks and milestones incomplete, overdue, due today and due this week. Below that there's a list of up to four recent files belonging to the current project. Clicking on these will take you directly to them where you can annotate, comment and edit if they are word or excel files.
Comments any thing any one said about this project, Participants contacts that are related with this project and what role they play and Tags these are the custom groups that you create in Business settings. You can also edit all you project details from the side bar.
As in the whole skylight you can always click through to any text that is highlighted in project tab color. so for instance you see some one in your company posted a file you can access that file or go to the persons contacts page to see what else they have been up to or what tasks they have.
Projects are divided in to the following sections:
STAGES & BOOKINGS: Segment your project in to stages or mini jobs, assign bookings of resources, contacts and services, send bookings to invoices or quotes
TASKS: All tasks related to this project are listed here, create new tasks for this project by selecting drop down arrow and "Add Task" option
MILESTONES: Create milestones for this project see upcoming milestones and manage project from milestone point of view
FILES: Add files to the project, annotate on images, leave comments, attach files to collaborate with clients on project basis.
COMMENTS: All project based comments are listed in a list view
ACCOUNTS: Shows all accounts activity
