Use filters to create custom views

Filters are used to narrow down the list of information from a long list. Filters are available on most of the list pages where the information available on filters may differ depending on which page you are looking at.
To Create a Filter
Click on Filter icon when on the list views
Add Conditions: You can filter your Resources by their name,
whether they are ‘bookable’, or their Tags
Select what operation you want to filter by: is equal to, contains,
is greater than or lower then, is not equal to, is not set
Type the word you want to filter for
Click Apply to activate this filter or go to step 2 for more
Conditions (you can add as many Conditions as you want to a
filter)
Save frequently used Filters for later use. These will be available
to every User in your Company.
Saving a Filter
You can save frequently used Filters for later use. Give the Filter a name and click ‘Save’. Likewise, you can Delete filters that are no longer useful. Saved filters are available to every one in your Company.
