Adding thumbnails to Company, People and Resource profiles.

You can even upload files that can be associated with the contact, including a profile picture – allowing everyone on your company to know at a glace who is who when they are participating in conversations over Skylight or collaborating on projects remotely.

Follow the steps below to add a profile image to a contact.

1. Upload a small .jpeg or .png image file to a conatct profile. You can do this from you dashboard contacts widget by searching for the contact.
2. Then Select actions menu "" by hovering over the contact you wish to add thumbnail to and then select "Add File"option.

1. Once the file is uploaded, browse to the contact and then "Files" tab. In the list of files for the contact you will see recentely uploaded file. If this file is compatible with Skylight format you will see an option "(Use as thumbnail image)" Select this link will turn contacts default image
   to the new image you just uploaded.

You can add thumbnail images to Companies, People, Equipment, Location and other type of resources in Skylight. These thumbnails will show in various places within Skylight instead of default icon for the resource.

i.e You might want to add profile images of your team members.

Note that images larger then 300px will not be allowed tobe used as thumbnails and will not give you this option of "USER AS THUMBNAIL"
