If you haven't found the answer you were looking for in these FAQs perhaps another user has brought up your query and our user Discussion Forums would help.

If you need more help with using Skylight then you can also view the Video tutorials under the "VIDEO" tab at the top of the screen.

If your question is still not answered, then you can start your own Discussion - making it either private or public. The Skylight Support Team are always here to help with your queries and aim to respond as soon as we get them or within 24hrs. Our current response time is 30 minutes on average.

As Skylight is currently at it's BETA testing stage, please do use this opportunity to help us make Skylight even better.
