How do I delete a business?
We don't yet have a way for users to delete whole businesses themselves, but we're working on this to make sure it's a secure and safe process.
In the meantime, please follow the following steps to make sure you account gets cleared out of the system if you wish to close it.
Mark your account for Deletion

Browse to the setting link on the top right of your screen and then select Company Settings And then select tab titled " Business" Here is the link: https://secure.skylightit.com/settings/business

Here add to your business name 'DELETE' in capitals and then save.
Cancel Any Payment Profiles -very importan
If you have been a paying customer, please visit next tab along

Here you should Cancel any payment profiles. Or
else your account will be changed by our system on next renewal
date.

We normally remove any client data on the weekends so as soon as you have done this please let us know so that we can add that to the list, thought adding word Delete to your business name should get picked up for deletion. Once your data is deleted it can not be recovered at all. So make sure you definitely want us to delete your business before taking these steps.
